Cancellations / Non Attendance:
Fees are fully refundable up to 10 working days before the start of the course.

“No Shows” will be charged the full course fee, so please keep us informed of any changes in your registration
status.
(Note: we welcome attendee substitutions at any time).

These fees are to cover the costs and obligations incurred by GPS IRELAND in making arrangements for the course, and does not entitle the registrant to any of the course materials. However, late cancellation fees can
be applied toward future course registrations.

A Candidates place on courses are not confirmed until this form is completed.
